I ahve attended more than one Auction, as far as I recall, nothing sold at the Auction itself; most attendees were vendors or spectators.

The Reserve Prices quoted are actually quite low; the initial Auction Bid price is usually quite a lot higher.

Harrisons claim they sell severral properties pre-Auction and a few post-Auction.
