You may be surprised to know just what the RoC knows as to who is living in the GCs properties in the north. If anyone has the intention of "Double Dipping", not only will they get into trouble with the RoC, but worse, with the "trnc". All those who wants "Double Dipping" will be up to their necks in problems. Don't think for a moment that the RoC has not been compiling data on all those living on GC properties for the last 6 years. Hell, most of the information were given by the TCs themselves when they applied for RoC passports. Last thing the "trnc" wants, is for the TCs to start giving up "their" GC properties in the north in order to get their land in the south. I don't even think the "trnc" will accommodate any TCs in trying to get their deeds back for their land in the south from the "trnc" which they originally gave to receive GC land in the north.
