What is to happen to Turkish settlers if there is a solution

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The solution is very simple:

Continue making the “TRNC” the most miserable place on the planet to the point where not only will all the illegal settlers leave by their own accord, but not even the Taliban would want to move there!

And how are you going to do that????
As Erdogan and Denktash keep telling you, there are plenty more "Turks" to replace those departing TCs...Better Turks and better Moslems...Keep this up and Bin Laden might take up residence there when Turkey becomes an islamic Republic...

with any plan if she doesn't gain more than what she already has she is not interested...

so it's not a question of having few troops or acceptance of settlers by the roc...it's about control, via the north state...man it's so obvious even blind freddie can see through the bullshit...

and regarding the 70 million...why then suggested it in the first place...you think talat woke up one sunny day and proposed it late afternoon?...no bir, turkey's thinking is if a greek form greece can settle in cyprus then a turk should have the same right...the difference is a greek is an EU citozen and has this right not because he is a greek from greece...a right like any other citizen from any of the 27 EU countries...

The federal structure could take care of that...

you mean the confederation turkey is insisting upon?...

President Talat was offering Federal it will be Eroğlu who will push for Conferation, looks like the train left the station after the GC declaration of no guarantees.

federal, confederal, makes no difference...if a plan locks turkey out, she will never accept it...

hell talat can't even shit without permission...and you want us to trust you even though we know you have no say in anything?...

You are under estimating the will of the TCs, you made the same mistake in 1974 and look how that turned out, you really need to get to grips with the idea that you have to put something on the table that will get TCs on board and wanting a union otherwise to date what you have offered is well below the unrecognizied TRNC.

the eu aquis is on the table, take it or disappear...

We aint going anywhere look north and see reality the eu aquis will not protect me from GC dominance and discrimination

Its called new generation TC, 500.000 strong and growing a few more years and you will be begging for partition as the population in the north will be bigger than ours then will you accept 1 man 1 vote...then they can read there about the GCs who once lived on Cyprus.

Just keep tightening the screws on the “TRNC” and full steam ahead with civil litigations!

I got a number of "interesting" answers to my question but I was not told how we are to drive Turkey out of Cyprus. One thought that Turkey isn't going anywhere and this has set my mind to rest. DT made a nuisance of himself and GR thinks that the north will become uninhabited soon, so much that even the Taliban wont want to reside there. Furthermore, he wants prove that the international community will eventually recognise in some way the breakaway state. These are the people we are wasting our time with Birkibrisli.
