Good! The whole stupid Paphos should close down and go back to the peaceful way it once was producing wine and delights instead of being a magnet to drunks, drug addicts, pimps, and prostitutes from around the world!

I agree cyprus should be cyprus but use the opportuty you have ..

What "opportunity" is that? The crime it attracts from overseas for the sake of selling a beer and chips??? :?

Paphos is giving Cyprus nothing but bad publicity for peanuts! They should be stopped, everything dismantled and the whole place cleansed and permanently shut down!

Tourism is over, and Paphos needs to start carrying its weight in this country by making itself useful in the 21st century; ie: they would better serve Cyprus as the future nuclear waste dumping ground or something!

Tourism these days is fast decreasing to 10% of the country's income and that also includes Limassol, Napa, and Larnaca's tourism combined!

Now you tell me what Paphos is worth in the grand scheme of things...

Unemployment in Pafos is now running at 10%.

But GR, I would suggest you City Slickers have far more gangstas, organised crime, pimps and druggies in Limassol/Nicosia than in Pafos, so get things in proportion.

Is it pet products?- things like luxury pet beds- sparkly collars - or even basic tinned food for the Cypriot pet lovers out there? that keeps the country running?

or maybe its official weekly publication "HOW TO PARK YOUR CAR CONSIDERATELY " that the islands income is most reliant.

or maybe its the tax collected from the $45 euro taxi fares charged from Paphos airport to .......well Paphos?
