This is what i do not understand ,the attitude if you do not like it do not come, this is a tourist island......

This is not a f*cking tourist island! Most people who live here have nothing to do with tourism. It is the tourists and miserable pensioner Brits that have ruined the place!

Can I just say that in my God only knows how many visits over the decades, don't see myself as a tourist, more a traveller, a traveller on a quest for something, not sure what that something is, whatever it is it seems to involve eating and loads of drinking and don't think have ever been over-charged and well, really have always found CY pretty decent value, especially the sandwiches and those delightful little bottles of zivania.

As to matter of alleged service with a snarl, well, isn't it the same where ever you go? Sometimes you have some nice pleasant shopping experience, sometimes you don't.

The Cyprus bread basket is Nicosia’s banking & finance, not a bunch of stingy Brits in stupid Paphos ordering a burger & chips!

Did you honestly think that the RoC makes 25b p/annum by selling pints of beer and chips to tourists?

how many real estate offices have closed how many bars have closed in paphos, i can name 10 bars (cypriot owned ) that have closed this year.I agree cyprus should be cyprus but use the opportuty you have ..
