It was the anniversary of his release from prison last week.

We still have Apartheid here ....

Apartheid? :? Is that a revised/repackaged version of ethnic cleansing?

It's the status quo from the ethnic cleansing ....

It's the watered down version!

She’s just giving Turkish Cypriots ideas now to start calling it “Apartheid” in place of Ethnic Cleansing (and it’s not like they need a lot of encouragement to twist and pervert things), because they come and work in the “Greek sector”!

Then just call it by its proper name - Ethnic Cleansing!

Apartheid in South Africa was and is viewed by whites and blacks as a means of control.

The ethnic cleansing was step ONE towards establishing Apartheid. Unfortunately the term "ethnic cleansing" was gaining some sort of credence/acceptable on the basis that it was in some way deserved ... we see the vast Turkish propaganda making up stories from the 60's to justify or substantiate ethnic cleansing as warranted.

The power struggle of Mandela was so successful because it highlighted the CONTINUED exploitation of people which is apparently more worrying/disturbing to the masses, than a ONE-OFF case of ethnic cleansing (in the past sense).

Ethnic cleansing didn't stop there for us, but unfortunately it did in the minds of many. A fait accompli.

Erolz understand the significance of the term, Apartheid, even if you guys don't.

Look, Apartheid in South Africa as an official policy was always going to collapse, but it is still in practice because even Nelson Mandela understands the fact that there can't be a full integration between most blacks and the whites, and his own ANC elites!

Apartheid is still practiced for security concerns which all whites and Nelson Mandela's ANC ruling elites have. All we need now is for Turkey/TCs to tow the same line and there goes our ethnic cleansing case.

Apartheid = racial segregation for control and security. That is playing into Turkey's hands.

What case?

One continuing atrocity after another doesn't affect the fact there were other atrocities before!

Is it so difficult for you to understand that more than one atrocity has been committed against us?

What do you call it when Turkish troops stop you entering the northern part because of your race?

Apartheid = segregation for control and security = Partition!

Apartheid was not a simple case of racism against blacks but was viewed as a necessity for the above-mentioned reasons, and for reasons I've witnessed!

The underlining factor is invasion, ethnic cleansing and occupation and not Partition, BBF, or Apartheid as you like to call it.

Shut up, slow-on-the-uptake, Paphitis.

Turkey has since created a racist apartheid regime in the occupied north that forbids anyone of Greek name or origin to enter or return.

We call this ETHNIC CLEANSING Oracle!

The systematic elimination of an ethnic group or groups from a region or society, as by deportation, forced emigration, or genocide.

The mass expulsion and killing of one ethnic or religious group in an area by another ethnic or religious group in that area.

Of course they are not going to allow those ethnically cleansed back, because that would defeat the purpose of ETHNIC CLEANSING!
