HSBC and the UK Financial Services Authority

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

After all the money laundering in the south, I wonder how many public service appeals you mounted over the inadequacy of banking behaviour and the capture of those that got away with theft.
Please list or if you cannot are you: a denialist or partisan political fighter rather than "public" defender

I don't deny that banks are prone to misbehave everywhere, including in Cyprus. So if you have an issue with money laundering in the free areas then take it up with the relevant regulators instead of moaning to me about it. I am not, nor claim to be, a "public defender" (whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean).

My particular gripe is with the gangster regime in occupied Cyprus and its HSBC accomplices, as my origins are from that part of the world. If this makes me a "partisan political fighter" then I am guilty as charged.

Malapapa - did you see that it was your dreaded HSBC that was the bank of choice for the sleazy Duchess of York to have her ill gotten gains for selling access to her ex paid into?

I don't have a problem with anyone taking BANKS to task or making them accountable.

In my opinion banks are the 'legalised' and 'licenced' crooks of the world today.

Now there is a point of agreement.

The irony is that HSBC chairman Stephen Green claims to be a committed Christian. How I'd love to listen in to the bastard's confession.

Steady on! I choked on my ciggie then!

Mind you - if he's a Kafflik - you could probably bribe his priest to let you listen in. They are on my list of corrupt people too!

Yep. Bloody hell there is another point of agreement. By the end of today, we could have the CypProb solved, if only we could produce a miracle.
