How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

All the time he talks about how GCs and TCs are one people but in reality his idea of unity is in the form of British-Pakistani partnership of Britain, GCs being Brits and TCs Pakistanis. TCs shall learn Greek, TCs shall obey GCs, TCs shall accept minority status, TCs shall feel foreigner in a GC state ruled by GCs.

I still have not got a reply from him about how well he has integrated with TCs.Does he have a clue about their language, religion, customs.....? According to him GCs do not have to speak Turkish coz Brits do not need to speak Pakistani to understand and feel united with Pakis. (yes he seriously gave that example. ) His idea of federation is quite smart.

Hang on mate! You told us a while ago that your dad was Pakistani, so what the problem with being a Pakistani? :?

No problem at all. I love them. I was just referring to racist Milti's idea of federation. Cyprus won't be a Britain (Brits vs. Pakis) but rather a Switzerland or a Belgium. Milti has got it all wrong hasn't he?

Rubbish !
I have mentioned before that I have numerous T/C friends as well as one that is a member of my extended family.
As I explained to you before , here in the UK we have a myriad of British born people whose origins and mother tongue is from different parts of the world , English born Brits do not necessarily have to speak the language of those amongst us who are British , but like my self also speak Greek.
My own wife never spoke Greek and yet she related to me 100%.
What is your problem , is it that you want the G/Cs to all learn Turkish ?
It would be good if they did but why should they be forced to learn Turkish any more than the T/Cs be forced to learn Greek.
As far as knowing the T/C customs the answer is as well as the average Cypriot knows.
Religion is for me anyway a pain in the butt , I do not subscribe to any religious faith since I wholeheartedly believe that all religions are based on mythology and all are destructive to the human race.
May I ask for an example of my "racist" behaviour , I was after all married for more than 40 years to a different race to mine !!

May I also express my dismay at your comments regarding Pakistanis in the UK.
Why Pakistanis , they are a race that does not integrate easily with the British community, why not give Europeans as a example ., Polish , Cypriots , Maltese and such others.
The Pakistanis and Afghanistanis do not mix with society at large , the Cypriots , both the G/Cs and the T/Cs do so as you surely know !

We are talking the possibility of re-establishing a partnership of 2 equal societies. Unfortunately as a moderate GC, you are at the very beginning of integration stage. You just have the will to live under the same roof with TCs. Yes you have to speak basic Turkish. You have to have language lessons in your schools. Just like in Wallonia and Flanders.

From what I've seen from the forum, even the "partitionist" TCs speak/write (at least try to) Greek whereas GCs are not even beginners. Only Turkish word you seem to know is pasha.

Why don't you do a thread in general with the basics (words) in TC? (Not Turkish though)

I for one am interested because I'm a great believer of... "Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer!"
