Presumably you also welcome the Oram's Judgment ..... ?

We are not the side claiming to be in the EU or forced to adhere to their laws, you do so either walk the EU walk or stop lieing.

It has been announced that Turkish Cypriot Nazire Ahmet Adnan Sofi who filed a case at the European Court Of Human Rights (ECHR) against the Greek Cypriot Administration shall take 540 thousand Euros and her two properties in Larnaca.

The friendly agreement reached by Sofi and the Greek Cypriot Administration was announced by the ECHR yesterday.

According to the agreement signed by the Attorney General Petros Clerides on behalf of the Greek Cypriot Administration, 2 properties in Larnaca shall be given back to Sofi. In addition to this Sofi shall be paid 540 thousand Euros compensation.

According to the agreement the Greek Cypriot Administration accepted the free usage rights of the two properties by the owner or her heirs and shall pay 427 thousand 150 Euros as compensation, 50 thousand Euros as spiritual compensation and 59 thousand 801 Euros as the court expenses.

Greek Cypriot press pointed out that until today only those Turkish Cypriots who left Cyprus before 1974 were given property rights in South Cyprus and indicated that with this agreement, for the first time, those Turkish Cypriots who left Cyprus after 1974 and who does not use ex –Greek Cypriot property in the TRNC shall be able to demand their properties in South Cyprus.

Greek Cypriot press also wrote that there were thousands of Turkish Cypriots living abroad and pointed out that the Attorney General Clerides said that the legal framework of the ‘Tutorship’ institution related to Turkish Cypriot properties shall be changed.

This is crap, Sofi should get compensated and land returned WHEN AND ONLY WHEN the same is afforded to Mr A. Why the F, should we only be the ones to obey the laws, works both ways, right.

It would be wrong for the RoC to return her lands for her enjoyment whislt at the same time Mr A, cannot. F hypocrites.

Then you need to recognize the TRNC and then it will be forced to abide by international law.

Don't be silly! B25 wants it both ways. He wants the TRNC to be kept out in the cold but play by the rules at the same time.

Seriously, what does the "tutorship institution" mean?

Or for all the knowledge the GCs claim on their local policies they don't even know.
