Celine if you are prepared to go as far as Paphos, you could be lucky and find a small one bed apartment for about that much at the moment.

I looked at one for someone a few weeks ago - small block, shared pool, brand new, sea views, five mins walk from Peyia centre and it was 200 euro a month but totally unfurnished. Very small but had separate bathroom and bedroom and small verandah - certainly bigger than a room in someone else's house.
