Hi!
I have one bedroom apartment for rent in Nicosia - Strovolos very close to Pizza Hut.
Two minutes to walk until Pascal Institute and five minutes until GCC School.
The apartment is furnished and has a covered parking place, 2 AC hot/cold, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, large veranda. The rent is 495 euro including common expenses (470 rent/month + 25 common expenses/month).
The apartment is available starting with 1st of April.
