I want to brave it today and try my hand at cooking the greek dish stifado

i have tried it but personally i dont like it bit you know what they say, a way to mans heart is through his stomache!!!!!!!! and he loves it.
any tips?

Stifado is a piece of piss to cook. Try something complicated like a Beef Wellington, or the Cassoulet I did on Sunday!
