Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

As if the "Groucho"s weren't enough, now you imitate him in his patented behavior: imagining "excuses" to justify acts of the ones you admire that are not compatible with your new found pseudo-ideology. I remember him "excusing" Papadopoulos' speeches on Hellenism as some kind of a "lip service" that he didn't actually subscribe to...

So pathetic...

EDEK's withdrawal from the Christofias government is something to admire as far as I'm concerned! They lost 2 ministerial positions for standing up for what they believe. You can't get more patriotic or Hellenic than that! You Greekos should try it.

I couldn't give a stuff whether Get Real! likes EDEK or not! To me, they are more patriotic than DIKO atm (due to their Cyprus Problem stance which I happen to agree with).... :?

I didn't say (wouldn't know, wouldn't care) that GetReal likes EDEK. I said you've become his bitch. At least he stands up to his beliefs from the start, you on the other hand "adjust" your beliefs and ideals to whatever suits you from time to time

Όπου φυσάει ο άνεμος... Ξεφτίλα!

Get Real doesn't even like me, and I don't particularly care either!

In fact, I don't think I am Mr Popularity αt the moment, but not that it matters, because I just say what I believe and to hell with the lot of you.

I have even lost a good friend here (Oracle). That does concern me somewhat! But nothing else matters....
I have my dignity, and I will fight when necessary!

Χεπφτιλισμενοι ειναι αυτοι που πουλισαν την Κυπρο μας!

Aaahh ... I still consider you as the son GR! and I never had!

And, as GR! knows only too well, once befriended, you can never wash me out of your hair :D

Joking aside ... Paphitis, you don't know what you believe. Which is fine. But don't withdraw into self-pity when your ever-changing, ill-thought-out theories are attacked. There seems to be a compulsion to defend to absurdity every remark made. Sometimes leaving a post alone, unanswered is OK. Dignified; if that is your concern. And, time heals.

I don't. And as you can see, we have always been at each others throat because he is an idiot....

alexISS wrote:You are disliked, not because of what you believe, but because of the ease with which you change your beliefs

My beliefs have always been the same Groucho!

I don't dislike Greece or Greeks, but I dislike what they have done and do.

alexISS wrote:Right, the only thing that matters is the twisted idea of Hellenism that took residence in your head. You know what? True Greeks are the ones who work hard to help their country, be it Greece or Cyprus. I can claim to be one of them, you cannot, especially when you consider the fact you post from Australia

I don't see any Hellenism in Greece today since most of you behave like a bunch of retards. The Orams case even featured more on foreign news outlets and hardly at all in Greece, because most of you don't give a stuff!

I work hard to help Cyprus, and by extension, this may help Greece as well, but I don't see how Greece is helping Cyprus at all.

alexISS wrote:You may think you still have some dignity left, but you haven't

I'm not the one behaving like an over sensitive baffoon!

alexISS wrote:Try again. You have the same twisted view of Hellenism as Sampson, you could be his best friend

That is your opinion. And we can see the Hellenism oozing out of Greece as we speak. If that's Hellenism, then we are fucked!

Oracle, if you mean what I think you do...
You don't pet a turncoat. You expel him and never accept him back, even when time has "healed" him.

But ... I'm not Spartan. I'm only (part) Boeotian

Even Antigone insisted on burying her brother, the traitor, in a dignified way

How about the fact that the Oram's case didn't even feature in Greek news bulletins!

Even if you had watched the Greek news bulletins you wouldn't understand the language. I do and it was featured. Now shut up

Good on him!

As a Greek, I wouldn't expect anything less!

So what am I oh True Hellene Paphiti, a Greek or a Greeko?
