British Trnc'ers coming to the south for medical help

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Nothing wrong with it....

British people in the TRNC have paid into the NHS whilst in UK and can therefore take advantage of Cypriot Medical Facilities as you are in the EU with the UK.

If a Cypriot came to UK they would get the same treatment at an NHS Hospital.

What does amaze me is the way Brits living in Cyprus have turned on fellow Brits in the TRNC. You have no sense of National pride and im glad you have pissed off abroad for good.

Pushdaddy

As it is a private clinic, the fact that he may have paid Social Security payments in the UK is irrelevant. As for 'Brits turning on fellow Brits'; if you believe a fellow countryman has done something illegal or immoral surely you do not condone it because they of the same nationality as yourself? IF someone has committed a wrongdoing, they have committed a wrongdoing, irrespective of nationality.

However, people should not assume that every 'foreigner' in the North has bought on stolen land - presumably much of the land there was foreign or TC owned pre 1974?

Sorry, but the Brits living in the illegally occupied areas of Cyprus are no fellows of mine!

The majority are hiding from the British police, which I am not!

he was in the intensive care unit and he had very bad treatment in istanbul and trnc so he came to our private clinic with no insurance... it was a very serious problem he had that could of been fatal if not treated, they had to pump him full of morpheen and the nurse was telling him she did not have to look over him all the time because the doctors in nicosia know what they are doing, but in istanbul they made him worse and she had to be there all the time next to him

May be its getting likee the NHS in the uk...INTERNATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, FREE FOR ALL NATIONALITIES TO USE

no the Apollonion is about 1000 euros a day including all the tests they do.. its far from FREE.. we have other free hospitals but he did not go to a free one.

he cant go back to uk they will arrest him.. him and his family where even scared to come into the north, but they had no insurance and the turks where he and his family run to so they could buy gc stolen land did nothing for him. he had to come to us, i felt sorry for the guy i was helping them as much as i could to get in the room because no one is usually allowed in the instensive care room apart from staff.
