all the above, we are not fooled that you will not use your numerical advantage to dominate us in all walks of life.

100,000 this is more like 50.000, those that want to live in the north state are free to do so those thta wish to sell can and those that cannot get their properties back will get compensation.

Actually, VP gets it also, but VP does not want a solution, that's why he rejects it, because he wants a partition, taking with him most of the GC land in the north, just like what the AP was designed to do.
