Good morning folks
can anyone please advise...
I have a killer sore throat and it really hurts
What is the best thing to take to cure it? i have eaten a few of the rubbish strepsils but they are rubbish.
sorry to be a pain but i dont want to loose my lovely singing voice!!!!!!!

Gargle with salt water - and spit it out. Do that a few times with a spiritious mouth wash.
