LEGAL ACTION AGAINST UN GENERAL SECRETARY

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST UN GENERAL SECRETARY

Postby EPSILON » Tue Feb 02, 2010 6:00 pm

I heart that lawyer Constantis Kandounas preparing some different legal actions against people in North using Greek hotels.

I am wondering whether is possible the certain or other lawyer to create a case against the UN general secretary.

Preparing a legal case on basis UN resolutions for Cyprus since 1974 and asking the immidiate enforcement of same.

Asking UN General to declare himselve as guildy for negligence to apply its organization decisions and therefore not capable to lead this organization.

Of course actual responsibility belongs to Americans and British (particularly) but i consider that a legal case can stand only against the General secretary.

What about Britain and Greece failing to remove the invader? They signed up to protect us, after all.
