I heart that lawyer Constantis Kandounas preparing some different legal actions against people in North using Greek hotels.

I am wondering whether is possible the certain or other lawyer to create a case against the UN general secretary.

Preparing a legal case on basis UN resolutions for Cyprus since 1974 and asking the immidiate enforcement of same.

Asking UN General to declare himselve as guildy for negligence to apply its organization decisions and therefore not capable to lead this organization.

Of course actual responsibility belongs to Americans and British (particularly) but i consider that a legal case can stand only against the General secretary.

What a wonderfull day it has been over here in TRNC,like early spring.Spent the day in a fantastic hotel,probably built on pre 74 Greek own land.They had everything you could wish for,indoor swimming pool,hot spa,souna........

We are enjoying our lives just fine. Much better than you poor beggars do But this doesn't mean we should let you enjoy what you stole from us. So our lawyers will be suing your asses more and more. All the work is done by the lawyers and the lawyers don't mind, it is their job and they get paid for it. The biggest crime is not the supply of arms, it is the control of the international law to suit their needs and block any moves when their interest are threatened. UN like the roc is a very sick organisation. They will have to go sooner or later.

It appears to be possible according to his article, but in our case it’s the sheer stupidity of our politicians that should be taken to court!

Fired Afghan envoy starts legal action against U.N.

The former deputy U.N. envoy to Afghanistan, U.S. diplomat Peter Galbraith, said on Thursday that he has launched legal action against the United Nations for firing him without any justification.
