I am wondering whether is possible the certain or other lawyer to create a case against the UN general secretary.

Preparing a legal case on basis UN resolutions for Cyprus since 1974 and asking the immidiate enforcement of same.

Asking UN General to declare himselve as guildy for negligence to apply its organization decisions and therefore not capable to lead this organization.

Of course actual responsibility belongs to Americans and British (particularly) but i consider that a legal case can stand only against the General secretary.

What a wonderfull day it has been over here in TRNC,like early spring.Spent the day in a fantastic hotel, probably built on pre 74 Greek own land. They had everything you could wish for, indoor swimming pool, hot spa,souna........

Get a life, enjoy while alive.WE WILL ALL BE DEAD BEFORE LONG.

We are enjoying our lives just fine. Much better than you poor beggars do ;) But this doesn't mean we should let you enjoy what you stole from us. So our lawyers will be suing your asses more and more. All the work is done by the lawyers and the lawyers don't mind, it is their job and they get paid for it. And we don't mind either because in the end you are the ones who are going to pay the lawyers anyways ;) If law offices were public companies their shares would be the most valuable in the stock market right now ;)

Assume that the last GC refugee has opened the last case and won his/her last right to their last property...What then,Sotos???

So simple , the so called "TRNC" would have been long time bankrupt by then..understood?

36 years of embargoes is enough proof that you are still in dreamland, capice?

Re Yorgui,

Did you shit your pants already? Come out to play!

It'll taka a grown up to bring me out for a play. LLHA

Don't worry, I have a big cock! 8)

If brevity is the soul of wit,as your signature says, where does your "big cock" fit into the picture??? :? :?

Ask the treassurer in Ankara who can not sleep for 36 years , trying to find the funds to cover your pheudo's financials

The past 36 years is enough proof of the DETERMINATION.

indeed determination, the legacy of Denktash and Makarios: one who feared the island splitting, one who threw open the gates. i hope two hundred years from now a statue will stand with both of them in front, and so many others who should stand behind them. this is the story of determination, which when one considers the Cypriot perspective (rather than a Turkish or Greek perspective); it is the threat of the interlopers against our Sovereignty as this island's dwellers which defined a moment where they chose the interests of the island, all its people, over the interests of the National identities where they found their support.

indeed, Talat must learn this now, still he doubts and looks toward some 'motherland'. but our only solution is the Perfection we have been looking for, for so long; without discimination a guarantee of liberty for all its citizens. to meet Turkey's demands, our State must be founded on a Constitution to be emulated and held by all Mankind in great esteem. his notion is brilliance, while Mr.X is the meat; i hope. it will not be astounding to me if we experience a 'virgin birth', a whole new body politic, i can imagine whole communities returning north and south, i can imagine three governing bodies in nicosia (and more); all Cypriot: please, read my manifesto. what is needed is a National Assembly of Grecophones to mirror the National Assembly of Turcophones (in essence already functional), which would be equal, both serving their citizenry as a whole, respecting the special needs of the minorities amongst them, both subject to a State which is Sovereign representing the People as Individuals: this is Bicommunal; having constituencies made up of components, geographically speaking is Bizonal.

it may be that guests in hotels will be pursued, the door has always been open, only now there is precedent for Judicial intervention against the trespass, from the owners point of view. Custom, internationally recognised now, Universal Principals sustained, this too is determination.

...........which could never be forced in TURKISH REPUBLIC of NORTHERN CYPRUS.
That alone makes your DETERMINATION waste of time.
