OK, i'll contribute: 2 bedroom flat near Faros beach, (CTO beach) - tomb of the kings. 200 meters from the sea, 350 Eur. The flat is old but fully furnished, + washing machine, big fridge, 2 AC units and 2 huge verandas.

My friend is looking for aa three bedroom villa in paphos areas, must be unfurnished, with pool covered parking preferable, not in any location that is not already established and has empty plots close for possible building.
