Flat for rent

I offer a room for rent in 4 rooms flat (3 bedrooms + 1 living room + Kitchen + 2 bathrooms). You have 2 choices: a smaller room for 270 per month(includes utilities) or a bigger room for 300 E a month (includes utilities). The flat is fully furnished. Very good position(20 minutes from the center, near to hipermarkets, bakeries, etc.. ). There are currently 2 persons in the flat and we are looking for a third one.
