Creeping recognition, Freudian slip or poke in the eye?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Rubbish! If anything the courts have proven that on an individual basis justice CAN be served, but at the country/international level the UN Security Council is corrupt to the bone and justice will NOT be served as the last 35 years have proven!

Press on with the court cases!

I gave you my opinion,GR! You can take it or leave it...But when the last court case is finished and the last GC (or TC for that matter) refugee has won his/her case,we still need to agree on a comprehensive solution before we can reunite Cyprus...That is all I am saying...And I believe that is what the Ban visit is meant to symbolise...

The term "Excellency" was used (both times) to address them as leaders of their communities. It's not a term of office.

You can read something into the fact he addressed Christofias FIRST, though

Excellency http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excellency

Alphabetical (Christfias before Talat) plus he was in Larnaca when he said it. He wouldn't be that rude!

You are right. The correct should be, president Christofias and Muchtar Talat.

Mr Ban is just an employee who must follow the rules and decitions of his organization which pay his salary. If each general secretary decides himselve policies then is better to stay in his village or create his own organization!!
