Who was it supposed to be of? it also reflects the abuse GCs so easily throw about if someone should not agree with their warped mindset.

Grow up. An advocate of partition complains he didn't get a sympathetic hearing on a Cyprus forum. Well fuck me! What did he expect? At least I won't have to listen to his endless, self-serving whining anymore. Talking of which, why are you still here? It's certainly not to hear the other's point of view. Must be something else. You must enjoy the abuse in a perverted way. Maybe I ought to try and be nice to you. And you'll go away too.

Dont I have as much right to be as you?

to be like him yes...here no...

Its in your genes you are discriminating once again it is not a crime to have a different opinion.

over you head again, huh?...

oh lighten up for ffs...it was a joke...read what you wrote and then read to what i responded...

my god man...

No its has clealy gone over your head again, you wirte something without understanding what you wrote why should I be like him? I am me and do not have to be like him, that it your wish as you want to force us into your wany of thinking that why you cannot tollerate out viewpoint and therefore blatently discriminate and persecute TCs, everyone can read it on this forum.

you asked him this question
Code: Select all
Dont I have as much right to be as you?

then you go on you don't want to be like him...

please someone tell me this is the viewpoint we all know...coz sure as hell this vp is thick...

spelling mistakes, grammar wrong, comprehension wrong...and just about everything else is bloody wrong...

I am going to bed...goodnight to all you vPs out there...

i wanna save this one to see the vps in damage control in action tomorrow...

talk about getting caught with your pants down...

I'm more interested in the acceleration factor rather than the max top speed. By the way only some of the autobahns in Germany have got unlimited speed limits and you need an extra license to drive without a limit on them.

Yesterday I overtook a F430 scuderia on the freeway, the guy was driving at 80 in s 100 zone  , he was an old geezer and had his missus with him to. Anyway Palio I'm going to bed. See ya

Expatkiwi wrote:This is my last post of any kind on the Cyprus Forum. After a lot of abuse and mug-flinging (and my retaliations against that which went my way), I realized that being on the forum wasn't doing anything more than giving ammunition to those who opposed my point of view. The forum - at least the part pertaining to the Cyprus Problem - has degenerated to a state to where proper debate on the Cyprus Problem has become impossible. I've made my point of view known, and to continue to push it is doing nothing more than providing certain members an excuse to defame, abuse, and threaten.

Therefore, I will be saying goodbye. To those who supported me, I thank you for doing so. To those who opposed me, yet supported my right to air my views, I thank you as well. To the others, I guess you'll have to direct your energies to some other person on the forum you happen to disagree with. I won't apolgize for my views regarding Cyprus as I'm still convinced I chose the right side.

I also want to thank those who had communicated with me in order to provide condolences for the loss of my son Jared, who died - after a vehicle crash had left him brain dead - last June. Needless to say, it has been very hard on my wife and I.

I leave this final note: I hope that the Cyprus Problem can eventually be solved. Goodbye.

Dean Thomas.

Dear Dean,

So sorry to hear that you will no longer be participating in the forum. On behalf of all the Turkish Cypriots thanks for all your support. Just remember the old line 'sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me'. Unfortunatley if only it was the names the the TC's had to put up with during the 50's and 60's then things may have been different.

You stuck behind us and we appreciate it. All the best.

I shall burn some laurel leaves and give thanks that Expat was not supporting the GCs ... 8)

He could have stayed, since he was indirectly useful to the GCs, but was unstable and had a lurid background which was too unsavoury for tolerance, at any level ... We GCs place human rights and decency above all else, and he crossed the line!

No good can come from encouraging Human Rights abusers ...

I have the feeling his monthly paychecks from the "TRNC" came to an end. Didn't you notice he chose to depart on the 30th of January?

Who is going to be next? YFred, Viewpoint, Halil...?

Now the heat is off, and we have all had the benefit of reflection, I propose you return Expatkiwi.

But, instead of coming back to keep telling us you have an unchangeable stance (bad in anyone), for whatever reasons and wasting our time, why don't you have a go at putting down your favourite flag and not behaving as though you are a football hooligan.

I've seen positive change in other "outsiders"; Talisker was fairly pro-partition when first posting, and Tim was also pretty pro-Turkish at the start, but they have followed the logical arguments and their changing (healthier) positions are self-evident.

That is the right way .... :)
