But coming back to the discussions on CY 4+ 4 = 0. Had a look last night and it's finally sinking in that the Orams case was based on the matter of Trespass and had nothing to do with "ownership" (which has never been in dispute, refer to "74 kochans).

Saw several references to this trespass word.
