What are those strange objects in the bottom left hand corner of the photo?

The mind boggles!!! look like wooden pears :lol: some one should post this onto the 44...

Now, why on earth would anyone collect wooden pears ...

its a decorative thing or maybe a fruit cake thing, umm i dont know but ive seen alot of people with these non edible pieces of fruit in their homes
