The Land and those that build on it - Turkish Land

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Tim Drayton » Thu Jan 28, 2010 10:22 am

As part of the amicable settlement reached with Nezire Sofi, the RoC has signed a declaration in which it has vowed to alter the way that the guardianship of TC properteis operates and to make it easier for TCs to negotiate the return of their properties. Watch this space.

My parents left in the 50's and I was born in Australia. They left then because they amongst thousands of others were persecuted and had no future in Cyprus. However, land holdings were large on both sides of the family, but both grandparents had lots of children, so the land was split up and both parents were given about 25 acres each.

Like so many others, all I am wondering is what will happen in the future.

then what are you waiting for?...make a claim today and your can have your land as we speak...it's very simple...

which state you in?...i am in melbourne...we regularly meet with another tc, umit, you are more than welcome in meeting us for a beer, if you are in melbourne, down brunswick street...

Your day must be 3 years long. Because deniz applied and 3 years on he is still waiting, explain your stupidity bumbo.

it seems there is too much inbreeding in the knucklehead clan...what?...

In the South, land has been built on by Greeks, fortunates have been made, but will they be happy to give it up and compensate the rightful owners. My family had 50 acres in the South near Larnaca, my mothers village has been demolished and brand new houses have been built by Greek developers.

I wonder how much money I am owed as part of my inheritance?

Is this the same bit of land every other thieving Turk-TC claims is theirs? In which case, thank goodness the RoC takes 6 months to process your claims, for validity.

Next idiot please... :D

So I need to collect the rent for the past 30 plus years

No, you need to collect your jelly brain from the floor and read the instructions on the site I gave you to acquire your property.

It won't happen and don't call me a jelly brain dick

It probably won't, because I very much doubt you've got more than a simple house (if indeed you're a refugee), because most Turkish Cypriots didn’t even have a pair of knickers on their arse pre-74!

Of course, the tendency for Turkish Cypriots to lie is legendary
!

I resent that remark GR. You know that is not true.

Deniz, the percentage of Cyprus GNP/GDP attributed to the TC community pre-74 was a pitiful 11% or something like that!

Have a look at them today in the 21st century… has anything changed? They are reliant on handouts even though they have an easy 70m strong market just 40 miles away!

Cypriots being famous for their tailoring a while ago could have had a program organised by Turkey where the occupied areas would be the only supplier allowed into the turkish market to sell Y-fronts.

That would have created one hell of an economic powerhouse for the tc's with supplying 30 odd million turks with y-fronts. Beats being the regions charity case and having to rely on turkey for handouts. Do the maths and figure it out, average turk owns 12-15 y-fronts.

It seems however that turkey doesn't trust you guys enough to let you cup their balls.

A little surprised that y-fred hasn't proposed this yet, since he makes his living dealing with that part of the male anatomy.

If as you say I made my living with part of the male anatomy, I would be a millionaire.
