lol those reminders it sounds like a simple alarm clock would help you there ;p

as for lots of processes you just need a decent amount of ram 4+GB and good processor 3Ghz and use a good web browser like google chrome or safari or fire fox.. i find ie crashes easily and is rubbish

apples are very reliable, if you are going to buy a new laptop or computer you should consider a apple computer but they cost more but are worth every cent

But also play my favourite music in the background without bothering me to choose the next track. And little alarm reminders to unload the washing machine, remove baking and pick up son from school would be good too.

@Oracle lol. Those stuff cannot be done with a laptop. I use dual-monitors for lots of webpages open so I can ready easier and do stuff easier without flipping between programs with my ALT+tab :/.

Paliometoxo I bought it from ebay. And you should start trusting it. I have done over 60 transactions in the past 4 months. I got 100% refunded around 8 times till now cause of items that didnt get delivered.

Am out at elderly parents who don't have a connection .... and am protesting with an Occupation of a bit of the O2 network.

Yes battery life, probably nearer 6 hours.

Palio, wait a few weeks, think Apple are putting the quad-core chip in to the 15" models, "only" duo core at present.
