It's like an iphone unjailbroken. Completely waste of money. The touch is the same feeling like the iphone.
It lacks flash player again, and one app can be run. Seriously? apple needs to stop restricting its consumers on its capabilities.
I prefer buying this instead
http://www.archos.com/products/nb/archo ... hu&lang=enwhich is 500euro for a 60gb version. Worths much more.
I will only ever think of buying that ipad if only it gets jailbroken and you can tweak its interface. Other than that its only goes straight to the drawer as it will get boring in only a few days.
in theory yes it has the same os and it is as many people have called it a big version of the ipod touch because it has no camera..etc but it has 1Ghz processor and they enabled more functions that where disabled in the other versions of ipod and iphone.. i am guessing we will see something similar in june for the next iphone but the specs are the same as the google phone..
for me the ipad i dont think it will do but i hope to try it out soon. i might like it up close, but i am certain i will buy the iphone and a imac or macbook pro,
btw they do hack devices very quickly your right but the iphone 3g took months the 3gs not so long. so we have to wait and see what hardware the phone has and how easy or hard it will be to hack. but the dev team are very good and geohot whatever the guys name is. but as long as they will cripple function and limit the iphone there will always be a need for jailbreak, it opens the phones wings, the phone is very good before but even better after
