I do not post on this site normally for obvious reasons ( sure you have seen the quality of the posts).

But I really wonder at the mentality of the kind of people who under the carpetbaggers thread have to include the telephone number of a voluntary Healthcare team and the username of one of the nurses who posts on Cyprus 44. What do they really hope to gain by this? No doubt some of the bright sparks will enlighten me as to this.

Oracle Not sure who you hate the most the Brits or your fellow TC's but be sure of this if not for the Brits we on both sides would be riding donkeys and not driving Mercedes.

GOod luck with your life nurseawful and I hope your experience in the occupied areas is as painless as possible. If you're living in a GC owned property then I'd be a little worried if i were you.

Good question, and ideally it would be great for everyone to just accept the past and move on...sadly i doubt this will happen anytime soon. So no, i would not like this situation knowing that the minorities would have just as difficult a time as they did in the 60's...that is not going forward that is going backward.
However...if we look at other countries with minorities..America, South Africa...even England, it can be done! It would definitely prove somewhat hard...but if the majority were to work hard at peace...then who knows....livivng together might just work!

Nice words Daisy May; It might just work. That is what I also believe in. We should be 'allowed' to try. I am pleased you have so far kept the vultures at bay without even giving you a chance to debate.
