Provocation is provocation no matter how it is worded...therefore i apologise for this. It is hard to keep things from becoming accusatory with people like Get Real et al calling people the sort of names that they do. But i do think it's time for both sides to admit that what happened was wrong, and that both sides did atrocious things...until this happens there will be no peace in the valley, and this i find extremely upsetting. We are not our fathers, therefore we have it in us all to stop this mindless merry go round of accusing each other...and start to move forward instead of going round and round like dogs chasing their tails.

anyway its time to leave the past behind and move forward... leave behind the childishness and work on finding a solution otherwise we will be stuck like this forever and none of us want a non solution because the partition line will stay there and not only will gcs hate it but it will be more costly for turkey and also not being recognised. so we both lose that way

And Daisy i understand you completely if i was you i would of reacted to in the same manner, but the best thing to do is ignore it, i have done my fair share of mud throwing and cursing but what have i achieved by doing this? a big fat nothing.

dont worry about being accused of being English. it happens to many of us ;p well not me i have always been clearly a gc but others like expat and others like bannot they can tell you the same. but it passes
