Not quite sure what you mean by 'blast them away'? Whether you mean by refusing them entry to the EU permanently or literally blast them!

Do you really think that is what will happen?

I'm more interested in what will happen if both leaders do come to some sort of compromise. As so many GCs are stating that they will not budge one inch?

But I am minded of when our glorious Christofias was running for President and lots of GC pals of mine vowed that if the communist got in (not that they thought he would) they would leave their beloved Cyprus forever. They are all still here in Cyprus.


I expect the EU to enforce its statements and protect its territory. I hope Turkey does withdraw its troops before the EU has to be seen to work as one territorial union.

GCs have been hiding behind first the UN and now the EU. Don't hold your breath waiting for them to come and rescue you, will you. They have already announced they have no intention. When will you get it into your thick head.
