Isn't Dhekalia built on Efkaf lands, and before you start talking about 1.5 million it was rent up to 1960. I've seen the contract, the signatures were crosses in blood. :wink:

the payments were made by the british govt to the t/c,and as we have seen the last week the britsh are excellent at legalalities :wink:

evkaf is a dead issue because it would have been presented the MINUTE THE ROC entered into the EU.

It's RoC-EU land ... Never mind TCs going for another land-grab, they have to follow the UK's example and surrender their ill-gotten gains, also.
