I blame it all on quitting smoking. Its been 7 days now and I'm all over the place. I tried to kill the messenger boy for ringing the door bell too hard about an hour ago.

Hang on in there. It drives you mental at first - then the day comes when you're sitting there watching others puffing away thinking: "How the hell did I ever do that?" I only smoke on special occasions now.

No the simple way to smoke is just ask ciggarettes from others. That way you control your smoking need + its free . And if you buy your first packet of cigarettes then thats the day you stick it in your head that your in need of a smoke.
