The flag of the illegal regime, built on the misery of thousands of Cypriots, is offensive.

If TCs need an identifying symbol of their own, why can't they come up with one not associated wth Turkey's subordinate regime; one that doesn't upset all other Cypriots; one not based on the red and white of Turkey's flag, an image representing a centuries-old ancestral dread for most Cypriots.

Why can't TCs make use of something like this, for example...

CF is supposed to be unbiased and not discriminate....obviously one rule for the GCs and another for the TCs.

Must refuse to vote on the subject of a legally non-existent, scabby symbol of attempted Turkish Annexation and of partition and division.

Would also say our Beloved Admin has always seemed to me to be consistently wise on the matter.

I couldn't care less. In fact if all the radical anti TC posters had the Greek or Cyprus flag and all the rabid anti GC posters had the TRNC or Turkey flag - it would probably help to understand what they are talking about when some of their posts seem difficult to fathom! Esp. if they type them in Turkish or Greek.

ITS NOT ABOUT THE FACT ITS ILLEGAL caps off its the fact that it promotes division in cyprus admin has made no claim about the legalities he has stated this very clearly the reasons. what part of it does anyone NOT understand?

If that is the excuse, it's a very poor one. Why should we be allowed to type turkish or greek on the forum, does that not also promote division. It's about control, but some people just don't get it. They lost control in 1974. The horse has bolted and you can shut the barn door all you like, it's too late as Fucellena said.
