To Those Still Thinking Of Buying In Tnucland

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby miltiades » Tue Jan 26, 2010 10:31 am

Excellent post ladies .
Banning notice from where ? The Cyprus forum is committed to freedom of speech so unless one uses insulting obscene language one is safe to express whatever views he or she wishes.
You can criticize the RoC, openly support the pseudo state , some even support Al Qaeda and some like me support the West totally.
You will find on this forum people with varying degrees of intelligence and stupidity , all are free to express their views , go ahead and feel free to comment on anything.
I'm sorry that the husband of one of you ladies has passed away prior to seeing this sordid case come to a satisfactory conclusion.
All the best with your struggle.

Yes mate , stay there and rot !!
Plonker , on this here forum you can express your views regardless how stupid they might be , just like your post , but you will never be banned , unless you use obscene language , and you are free to criticize the RoC without being banned , unlike the jokers forum CY44 where unless one followes official Turkish position one is banned !.
Since you appear to be one of the thousands of British cheapskates and since this forum allows me to express my views may I politely ask you to piss off !
What a Plonker !
May I add that I too consider the T/Cs to be some of the friendliest and most welcoming people in Cyprus , they are the victims themselves of the corrupt so called "authorities" in the occupied parts. There are hundreds of T/Cs that I would rather live next door to than the bloody British cheapskates with brains stored in the wrong anatomy of their body.

Ladies, welcome to CF. Good luck in your actions against the gangsters that have made your lives a misery.

The advice to property buyers on the FCO website has, for many years, been inadequate and equivocal. How were you meant to seek "independent" legal advice in an illegitimate, unrecognised regime, from people who all had a vested interest to convince you to buy there?

Also, ownership of the land of displaced people was never in dispute, but the FCO used weasel words to make it appear thus, no doubt in the interests of keeping its close geo-strategic ally Turkey on side.

The FCO has a lot to answer for. That's why I am interested when you say that you asked the FCO specific questions? Do you have their answers in writing? I'd be interested to know what specific answers they gave. If these answers were misleading, it may be worth investigating whether you have a case against the FCO itself.

Moreover, post Orams, you may well have evidence which could enable you to prosecute "TRNC" government officials, some of whom no doubt have assets in the UK/EU against which you could claim, in the Cypriot courts. Have you considered this?

Dear Malapapa

We lost faith in the UK/EU long long ago when they washed their hands of the affair and said the TRNC is unrecognised and they couldn’t help us. W have received many ‘off the record’ emails which one day we will make public, but that’s not in our best interest at the moment, however they (the EU) are happy to pump millions of Euros there. We have asked some very pertinent questions to the EU via our MEP’s, but the silence is deafening.

We will be suing the necessary persons/banks etc in the good ol’ USA, where those concerned also have £££££££ of assets. We will be suing using the racketeers Law of 1976 (see the blog) and will benefit from Alien Tort aided by Tsimpedes Law Firm. Please don’t worry about costs – that is sorted !!!!! We hope that the US media bandwagon will be rolling in about 14 days so watch this space

Were it not for those bloody British Cheapskates, you'd still be riding a donkey, rather than in a new Merc/BMW.
