How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Surely these companies already knew/know what the risks were before and how to deal with them, specially now, as of the 19th when the Orams case has been decided.

Do you think its is right to misrepresent the whole forum? when he is only talking on behalf of the GCs and people like you.

Is it OK for you to talk on behalf of the TCs as you claim to do without their permission since you were not elected by them into any elected position, so why do you criticize others for doing the same.???

Of course I'm using the Forum for my cause, you cretin. What are you using it for? The difference is, my cause is legitimate.

If you have a problem or a complaint, direct it to the administrator and/or moderators, not to the boards. They will then take the appropriate actions.

I am not exloiting the Forum in the way that you are using it to represent everyone, you are a liar and fraud.

 And you and the regime you support are a paragon of virtue. Only thing is, the highest courts in the world think the complete opposite.

I guess you are speaking from experience. A shame that for your ignorance is a sweet, sweet memory...

Malapapa

To clear up all misunderstandings, precisely how were the Emails/letters signed?

Was any attempt made to indicate that they represented the views of the Cyprus Forum?

Yes, I'd like to know how the letter was signed off too.

And I only pointed out to palio that HSBC stood for Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation because he seemed to think it was another bank who had more sense or whatever.

I believe the decision was taken to shorten the name to HSBC to make it sound less 'foreign'.

I think Lana has been on another extended weekend shopping trip to Harrods/Knightsbridge.

Yes, I have been away :-( Harrods' Sale ended on Friday - I am in mourning for a week - and I saw NO snow!

Having just waded through 22 pages on this thread I now have to tackle 20 pages of the TRNC flag/avatar thread - what a life!
