How long will it take for you to understand that you will not gain anything with this judgement....no land...no army departure...no settlers leave...no solution.

Countering of an English High Court and ECJ judgement? This will be interesting.

Who cares? What you need to understand is that the judiciary is independent of government in the civilised world.

Brown to Erdogan. “...it is impossible to intervene in the independence of the judiciary.”

Every day you keep saying this. I'm still waiting for Talat's Plan B we were promised. Nothing happens.

Truth is you can't counter this. It's the final judgement. You are guilty as charged. Now take it like a man and accept the verdict. It's the honourable thing to do. You cannot squirm your way out of it. Your pirate days are over. TRNC - RIP.

Ghlossan je gagon ullisas lambron na sus gapsi. What exactly have you won. To enforce a judgment in another country. And how will this help the solution again? With 99% of the property problem unsolved and unsolveable?
Political solution is the only answer and this judgment will kill it, unless of course you Muhtar X sees the light? And I am afraid he is blinded by it. What bad luck hey?

The president of Cyprus can do nothing to prevent citizens from pursuing justice through the courts. Nothing.

He and Talat can keep searching for a political solution till the cows come home... or perhaps that should be donkeys.

MP, nobody is stopping anybody doing nothing. In the agreement you will have approximately 100000 properties returned to roc, another 40000 will be able to move up north if they so choose and about 40000 will get compensation. If those who get compensation are not happy, they are welcome to take the new roc or even Turkey to court.
It really is not rocket science. In the mean time instead of 20 or 30 people having some peace in the last 10 years of court actions, at least 140000 will to start with at a stroke. You are actually against such move and condemning everybody to a life of misery. You miserable old sod.
