Expat property ownership to remain in the name of the TRNC

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Exactly! House by house, road by road, person by person... we’re gonna break down this little brothel whether you like it or not.

Have you been on the Poli bike again. A bit too high on testosterone, what?

Your response is a total waste of time.

By mid 2010 you're going to see the ugly side of the Republic, and it’s not going to be pleasant…

You mean uglier than your mutra? Never, not possible.

By the end of 2010 it will be all over.

I should think so. Speak to your cousin the good lawyer. He'll confirm.

Something is a brewing and the GCs aint gonna like it. It will make resolving the property issue even more complicated.

Communism at it's best.!

I like to see any idiot giving their money to an illegal regime who will have the title on "their" house in the regimes name, and when the time comes for the "trnc" to make a deal with the RoC for land return, they will just give the "owners" house to the original land owner, since the idiot who paid the money top the “trnc” has nothing to show for ownership.!

Oh, what a scam.!

Yeah, just trust us with your money and house and put it on the “trnc” name as the owner of your property, and when the time comes to sell it when they want to leave the north, the “trnc” will tell them, “what house.? Where is your proof of ownership”.?

In any case, it doesn't change the fact that there still be trespassing violations AND, all the leaders in the north would be liable to be served court papers issued by the RoC while they travel abroad and sue them as the owners of the GC properties, since they represent the "trnc". This will happen pretty soon anyway. I'm sure Denktash is on the list as we speak.

This is not a new idea. It has been discussed at length on the North Cyprus Forums for as long as the Orams case was going on.

There were lots of arguments put forward as to why it would not work.

The hotel guests they are talking about prosecuting now didn't own ANY of the properties in question.

Never mind the fact that ownership is not the significant factor here since "trnc" ownership is not reognised. Unless you add Lived in by the "trnc"- you're not going to get anything. The law is against those that tresspass on the property.

Ho its gonna be interesting but dont expect us to take things so lightly a countering of this judgement will arrive and you Gcs will not like it.

Feel free to have anyone you want arrested especially people like President Talat, Im sure that would be received well in the corridors of the EU and world in general.
