Good news, glad to read that GCs have realized the error of their ways and accepted that TCs are right therefore GCs have now accpeted to amend laws that discriminate against TCs claiming thier properties.

Don't you think the TC's lawyer should be killed?

Erm ... VP has already expressed his fears that he (the lawyer) may be shot in another thread.

Guess which Free Nicosia Lawyer has a majority of clients who are CYs from the Occupied Areas trying to get their homes back in the Free Areas?

Anyone for a little guess? What about you VP? Have a punt.

What fanatics? No one has advocated killing lawyers apart from you.

Criminals on the run are desperate; we know that. But does that mean we give up the chase?

It'll be like one of those Starsky and Hutch car chases... a few trash cans get knocked over, a shop window gets smashed and then.... handcuffs on and off to jail.

The Loizidou lawyer, whose name I forget , was prominent in the Orams case but the Beloved Mr Candounas is the answer to my question.

Paphitis , Turkey might have ignored UN resolutions , as indeed she has , but she can not afford to ignore EU laws , regardless what some might say regarding Turkey losing interest in the EU , NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Turkey is determined to join !!

I don't think so.

I don't think so.

Some time back a fierce debate erupted on the forum , I in support of the political battle , just like the one that concluded triumphantly on Tuesday without a shot being fired , without a child losing a father without a mother losing a son . The political battle continues only this battle carries the support of all decent law respecting T/Cs who are a very sizeable number.
Justice will prevail , but justice is relevant to all Cypriots not just the G/Cs but each and every Cypriot.
The cheapskates of the northern part have learnt a bitter lesson , they put on a brave face but beneath that each and every fibre of their body is trembling .

You keep mentioning this political battle, which we are losing despite some superficial ECHR hearings.

If we are so good at this political war, and since you are under the impression we are winning this political war, then please tell me when the TA will withdraw. Perhaps never?

Sorry Milti, but this political war is only played out on Turkey's terms and we will lose. Politicians are taking you all for a ride.

How can you say that? How can they stay if TCs say go. It's simple, you just have to get the TCs to trust you. Pigs will fly.

Go on then. Tell them to go. Will the 300,000 thousand settlers also tell them to go?

Do you think Turkey even care what any of you think?

The TCs are not even part of the equation. You don't even exist.
