First of all, there was no such thing as a "Population Exchange Agreement" like the junk source you quote claims. There was however the Third Vienna Agreement, a copy of which is here...

3. The Greek Cypriots at present in the North who, at their own request and without having been subjected to any kind of pressure, wish to move to the South will be permitted to do so.
So when you re-evaluate the situation you can see the GCs vacated of their own freewill and even had the opportunity to return which they choose not to do this puts a whole new perspective on the situation.
But I though they were making claims that they were enthickly cleaned, did I get that wrong? Where is Pyro when you need him?

We must be VERY careful with our sources because the Turkish Cypriots like to twist all the terminology to suit their ultimate goal. The “population exchange” twist was later extended to an imaginary “property exchange” deception with which they fooled many people into buying stolen properties.
Such is the indecent nature of the average Turkish Cypriot and we must always keep that in mind.

All a myth YFred, they are experts at twisting facts.

I am here my love!!
Both you and VP are total ignorants.
This agreement was in 1975 not in 1974. It did not concern the 180,000 refugees it concerned the 20,000 GC people who got enclaved in the Karpas Peninsula. Those people STAYED.
Now you tell me how long it took your Regime to reduce their number from 20,000 to 200, and how did they achieve it, i mean what method did they use?
