It was said on Cypriot TV Euronews tonight that the Orams are seeking permission to appeal.

appeal the appeal, 6 years later and they are still fighting for stolen land. do they think the judge will somehow change his/her mind? no judge in the world will permit this and favour the English buyers all they will do is waste more time and money

Erm ... Bit of nonsence going on here.

It should be perfectly clear that THIS was the final court of appeal.

There is a higher court in GB, the GB Supreme Court, BUT to
have got there they would have to have come up with a New Point of English Law well before now. There is no new point of English law.

In any event the ECJ becomes the Supreme Appeal Court in matters of interpretion of EU law and we've already been there.

The judge said the decision was final and the Orams had no right of appeal.

Well done to them for packing and leaving.

Their next court action should be directly against Turkey.

Not being funny guys, but you have the best weapon imaginable for the negotiations....yet you all start salivating and aim it straight at the TRNC, and Turkey, and Brits, and holiday makers, and big companies....and God knows who else is now in your line of fire. Not the smartest of moves imo...at least not whilst there's negotiations going on. :?

I even warned you of this, last time the Orams were on the agenda!
