I even warned you of this, last time the Orams were on the agenda!

Yeah! If only! I'd sue him on account of my electricity bill being too high when I am making use of SOLAR power!

The Orams had better be VERY careful not to be misled by Turkish fools because if the time given to meet the court’s demands expires and the steps taken by the Orams are NOT satisfactory to the court, then they’re starring at imprisonment right in the face!

You really mean Allah, why don't you say it. It was his name they were calling while they were running up the beaches and it will be same again next time they are involved.

Well for decades it's been little old CY against the vast overwheming machinations of the Great Powers at several negotiating tables over the years. A very, very one-sided affair where at times the negotiations have been carried out through the barrells of the American-supplied arms of the TA.

Courts of Law and Laws are great, great Levellers. Who knows, we may be beginning to see the start of a level playing field.

On the matter of further appeals ...those with an interest are referred to items 119, 120 and 121 at the end of the scanned judgment in the judgment thread.

One appeal was allowed from the GB High Court, and it was used up at the GB Appeal Court. One appeal ... finito!

More threats of 'war' and invasion - on account of a couple of Brits having lost a case in court!

Those supporting the Orams were perfectly happy to accept that the Court's decision was just and fair when they WON their case, applauding the legal beagles for seeing sense and making sure justice was done.

Just been reading on another forum that Orams lost because of spineless UK and EU Courts and Judges!

Most of the carpetbaggers are in the "TRNC" because they are running away from the law so it’s not like there's any love lost between them and British courts!

Yeah GR I know. But you will be told they are 'lovely blokes' really! And give a great turn on the Karaoke mike!

I am amused by the calls from some over there for the TRNC to close the crossings so GCs cannot get over there.

I can think of a few people who would be slightly ever so more than devastated if they did that! lol!

Especially if they were on the North side when they closed them! Takes a bit longer to get from Ercan to LCA Int if you cannot use the crossings! Costs a good bit more too!

Are you threatening Cyprus with another invasion by Turkey?

Call off the lawyers seeking justice or we'll call in the troops seeking blood. What a nasty, nasty piece of work you turned out to be.
