Turkey!! Time To Pay-Up !!!

Postby bill cobbett » Sat Jan 23, 2010 12:55 am

Our Beloved Mr Candounas tells us in the CY Mail that the party is over for the FreeLoadingLandStealingCheapskateCarpetBaggers. The New National Hero Mr C also reminds us of the little outstanding matter of an alleged case of Tresspass by the Weedons of Canterbury over in the Occupied Village of (Cor Blimey, they'll never get me here cos we've got leases) Karmi and of two new cases. One being the matter of the Dome Hotel, Kyrenia, stolen from the Katsellis Family by the Swiss Bank Account Holding senior members of the Illegal Regime, a case we became aware of here on CF a few days ago but the new matter that caught my attention was that Mr C has also been engaged by a Charita Mandoles to haul Turkey to the Courts of the Republic with the ultimate aim of seizing Turkish Assets in the EU.

This is, to my mind, a very exciting development. Turkey does take many, many years to settle the ECHR cases. As we have seen in the Orams case, national courts in the EU expect payment in days or else ... assets are seized.

This approach also seems to offer an alternative and fast-track approach to the usual time-consuming ECHR route of the past decade. Also gets around any scammy property commission.

From

"He is also in the process of taking a British couple to court for their use of property in occupied Karmi village, while he has received instructions from Charita Mandoles and her family to institute legal proceedings against the Republic of Turkey in Cyprus courts. When a judgment is obtained, the family will try to have it enforced in Europe, he said."

The beauty of this case is that it reasserts ROC legal control over what happens in the north. And provides for the execution of our verdicts in the courts of Europe. I can't believe the Turks didn't realise the implications and walked right into a baited trap. This is a major victory for us and gives us a huge weapon in the fight to rid us of the occupation.

The possibilities are endless. The thing is where do we start? So many to sue: individuals, companies, organizations, countries even. All have to respect the laws of the ROC or face the threat of legal action. In some cases, the mere threat will be enough to bring companies to heel. I predict an exodus of overseas companies and a complete collapse of foreign investment in the north.

Prosecuting the Turkish government and the criminal mafia who are sitting pretty on Greek occupied land would be very sweet indeed. I think Christofias will make it very clear to the Turks through Talat that if they don't come to their senses and negotiate a withdrawal from Cyprus, then G/Cs will not hesitate to use the courts to bring the "TRNC" to its knees and to pursue the Turkish government, its officials and assets until they bleed.

Interesting times ahead, no doubt....

The 43,000 Turkish troops must be feeling pretty impotent, standing there with their useless guns whilst modernity and the rule of law is being enacted all around them.

Best thing they can do is pack and go home ....

The only way we gonna get rid off the occupation regime, is if our so called European partners particualrly the two faced Brits and the rest of so called Union members, firstly make it known to Turkey that whislt she occupies another nation where be Cyprus or other there will be no scope for discussion of it entering the EU secondly and more importantly is if the so called European Union family places economic sanctions on Turkish exports basically that is what needs to happen. No economic trade, no allowing of Turkish nationals to immigrate to any part of Europe and wella problem solved.

Christofias ought to give Talat the flick because he has proven to be less than a gentleman and hence a puppet. And ought to concetrate in pressuring EU to adopt stronger measures on Turkey as a bully nation occupying EU land but first her majesty of England needs to un occupy Cyprus too ..... can't have that

Absolutely mate/matess. .... and over time the targets must be carefully chosen (and think your list is suitably selective) at Turkey, the Illegal Regime, unscruplous Foreign Companies, the Illegals and of course those of the CarpetBaggers who throw in their lot with the Turkish Occupation.

But must add let's not get carried away, wouldn't want to see actions against ordinary decent CYs who have merely found refuge in the houses of others for there are still many, many refugees living in the homes of others, in similar circumstances and for identical reasons, in the Free Areas... and it wouldn't be right anyway.

Damn, perhaps Mala was right.... sod it!

Reh Humanist, how much help has been forthcoming these past decades from these Fair, Just and Equitable Great Powers? We're on our own koumbare, always have been, always will be. Surely?

We're not alone.

This has all been possible since we joined the EU.

More to come ...
