...cypriots have seen this before.

some poor Turkish Cypriots will be sacrificed by the TMT so that an accusation can be made.

the truth will eventually be revealed but the worst will already have been done.

...then the denials will begin;

i can imagine it because it has happened many times before...

Im surprpised the Gcs did not see what the result of their actions would be.

The renowned Turkish Cypriot journalist Hasan Hastürer writes that he has travelled to the south to try to locate this so-called Astromerit Dam for himself and says:

Bu arada Astromerit Barajı diye bir barajın olmadığını da öğrendik.

Meanwhile we learnt that there is no such dam called the Astromerit Dam.

Well known but hardly renowned.

In my eyes he is renowned. Renownd-ness is in the eye of the beholder.

I think I know who you are Tim????

Oh no, another turkish death threat about to be issued

And they say they need the safe guards.

Nothing can happen to Tim, he has the protection of Lurucina. He is an honorary citizen.

... and I can't even speak the language. Hold on, this wouldn't be gollifa vatandaşlık, would it?

It's not funny Halil, it's sad. Sadistically sad.

If oracle was a karpaz donkey she would have to put down on humane grounds. That's what they do to lame animals. Unfortunately we have to suffer there presence when they pretend to be humans.

Morphou was attacked and taken over by Turkey's military during the invasion of the island in 1974. As a result all its Christian population was forced to leave their homes and seek refuge in the free areas still under the control of the Republic of Cyprus.

Since then, Turkey's occupation force and the illegitimate regime established in the north prohibits the return of the refugees. Instead, Morphou has been resettled by Turkish Cypriots as well as thousands of settlers from Anatolia.

It's rained a lot recently, or something, and the town was flooded.

DT....as I am from Morphou too - born and bred there - I was told by someone that most damage happened opposite the old cemetery next to the Gymnasium Schools - now a parking lot - because the the idiots built on the river and after the rain storm it flooded quite a few houses. This river is called Comitis and rarely flows but when it comes it is very strong. We had a similar flooding in the late 60's but the river then flooded orange groves downstream and not houses.

No, they are still there!

If they were still there, this "flooding" would never have happened.

The Turks must be the most stupid beasts alive. Even Otters and Beavers have more brains than you!
