Ok, will type in English so everyone can understand. Basicly what happened, a week before Christmas my dad went to hospital with what he thought was Gastroanteritis, it turns out that even though he was completely healthy and always took great care in what he was eating (organic, soyia etc) he has a brain tumour which is cancerous. Because of this he had to go to England for treatment as the doctors over here were too scared to treat him. He has made power of attorney in order for me to sell his Jaguar and a piece of land that he has in Asgata. My dad has always been v particular about his Jag, where it is washed, what oil he uses, etc. He only uses the car at weekends and it is in immaculate condition, and has now been parked for over a month as he is as mentioned above in England.

Hope your dads gets better. It would be best if he was treated by real proffesionals on specific type of problems like brain tumours. They can be really expensive. hope all the best for your dad. Btw excellent price for the car.

Thank you v much. Thankfully becuase my grandmother is in London and close to all the specialist hospitals, he is now in the best possible hands. Its just sad that he will never be able to live here permanantly now as he wants to be near to the hospitals. Over here they dont know what they are doing, and thats not necessarily a dig at them, its just that they arent trained to the level of brain surgeons aborad.

It is a great price for the car, it realy is a lovely car, so i hope someone who will love it as much as my dad gets it. Obviously he will not be able to drive for quite a while and he needs the money as he cant work either so a great buy for someone out there.

At Kings College hospital , Mr Chandler an American specialist and a world renowned brain surgeon , is considered at the top of his profession , children he operates on mostly but also adults , I know from personal experience.
All my very best wishes to your father Joanna , I do hope he makes a full recovery.

Thank you very much. Im not sure what hospital he is at the moment, but they deffinately sound like they are taking good care of him and he said it is a specialist hospital. The thing with being over here is that in the beginning obviously it was a shock as he thought he had gastroanteritis but also they were so vague with things. Just knowing that the situation has been clarified to him by people who know what they are doing makes him feel better. Thank you again for all your positive thoughts and comments, i am a firm believer in the power of thought and thankfully dad is positive aswell.

If anyone is interested in either his Jaguar or land in Asgata that would also help the situation as obviously him not being able to work is a bit of added stress i would like to relieve him of if i can, and haivng a bit of cash to pay for things, well i am sure you can all understand.

Your father has taste Joanna , I have the exact model here in the UK . Excellent cars since being taken over by Ford many improvements have been made.
May I also add that some of the Cypriot Doctors , Kypros Nicolaides for instance who is a world authority in his field based at Kings College Hospital , London.

I have over the years had tremendous experience of the medical professionals working in Cyprus and have found them to be as good in most fields of medicine as any UK professional.
Brain tumours however are best treated in the UK.
All the best .

i am very sorry to hear that, iw ish him all the best and hope he manages to pull through will full health. its a shame especially when he was taking so much care and being healthy that this happened. hopefully they find it early enough that it can be treated and maybe with surgery if needed.
