Good grief! I've just realised who it is. Little Nige - the bloke who has publicised himself and his wife all over the internet! With his own forums, involvement in argy bargy on other forums there. His name and photographs are all over the internet including all over Google earth maps.

And a post by the resident nurse there confirms that he had very high blood pressure (was obvious from his pics he was very overweight too) and ignored that and would seek no medication for it.
