I don't think that the TC authorities will let them demolish the house.

It seems from press reports that they will pay the costs and compensation that is demanded of them from the British court but as to the plot of land the Turks want to force Apostolides to go through their 'property commission'.

In any case, I think if they try to do that, then Apostolides can basically go fro the assets of the Orams in the UK because they did not fully comply with the court order imposed on them. I'm sure there will be a few twists and turns along the way but it all leads to the same thing in the end.
