Orams will implement the court orders

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Legal proceedings is all anyone's talking about in the RoC and in Cypriot expat communities around the world. Actions will follow shortly. You don't need balls to hire a lawyer and start legal proceedings. Nor more than a few days and a few euros.

Go for it, as I have stated all along I want to see action and the proceeding response from the TC side, I think you people will not be happy.

There is - to use a crude expression you seem to favour - JACK SHIT the illegitimate regime in the north can do. Let me repeat: JACK SHIT.

The next few months are going to be very interesting but I want to see the GCs actually follow through on their threats, you have this judgement let see if you have the balls to use it.

Are you nuts? Apostolides is owed big time by the Orams. Their assets will be seized if they don't pay up. Make no mistake. It will happen. As sure as eggs is eggs. You don't need balls to get a court injunction.

Nothing for now. Attention is now turned on securing rent/compensation/eviction of all other trespassers in the north with EU assets.

What’s important is that:

1. They have to pay shit-loads of money to the refugee or face imprisonment.

2. Their failure to knock the house down will reignite the “TRNC” renegade existence in the EU, which would aid in the linking of any EU funds heading for the TCs with EU court compliance.

3. The “TRNC” illegal trading of land/houses has been dealt a terrible blow.

If that's not disastrous for the "TRNC" and the criminal Orams, I don't know what is...

Viewpoint. The time for the refugees return is not yet at hand. As I said, at the moment, it's carpet bombing. Shock and awe, I believe the Americans call it.

Let the poor bastard have at least some money to keep him happy as he will never get the land.

2. Their failure to knock the house down will reignite the “TRNC” renegade existence in the EU, which would aid in the linking of any EU funds heading for the TCs with EU court compliance.

Hello we are unrecognized you say it enough times in one day thought you understood what you were saying nothing new htere. Its only 259million euro some of it has already been spent then rest they can stick up their arses and you can suck it out.

3. The “TRNC” illegal trading of land/houses has been dealt a terrible blow.

Happened years ago, now all that will change is the buyers will either be Turks or other non EU nationals, for much cheaper than before.

If that's not disastrous for the "TRNC" and the criminal Orams, I don't know what is...

Life goes on the Orams are heros in the TRNC they will get a new villa and all their costs paid blaming the TRNC for not allowing them to knock the house down. But if you ask me we I would invite the worlds press plus Mr Apolisitiled and his stupid lawyer to witness the blowing to kingdom come of the whole building, with supporting bands and even a full fun slaute to round things off. The Apolsities could move back onto his land and live in the TRNC.
