my point exactly.. your a typical turk who thinks turkey owns the world and think they can do what they want and ignore the rules as it suits them..

was it not turkey who wanted the orams to appeal in uk? so if they said in favours of tcs they would of happily listened.. since it was not they think its ok to ignore it..

It was the GCs who took the GC ruling in a GC court to the UK to get get it retified and carried out, it only went to the EJC for clarifiaction. Whats done it done now we will find way around this unfortunate hickup.
