WHAT IF ?

What if there is a mass panic of European "Land / Property Owners " in the occupied areas trying to salvage,in some cases their life savings a mass sale of Land and Property.I think it would be agreed that anyone connected with the EU is not going to be in the market therefore the market I would suspect shift to the Non-Europeans.What would be the outcome for those GC legally holding documents to have any redress against a non european who bought this land /property from these EU members.
IMHO the ruling against the Orams although just and proper may be a double sword and your neighbours could become Turkish, Russians , Israelies , Arabs etc etc.At the end of the day will the GC get his/her land back and if so at what cost , would it be the case better the devil you no than the devil you dont no :!: [/b]

welcome to the forum!

Well The owners will be stuck with the land and like the orams might end up having to go to court and will either fight for the house or give up easily i imagine? or maybe the tcs might offer some compensation which i doubt but they might want the land? or they might just take it anyway from the english or foreigners

A European Arrest Warrant (EAW) is a good place to start…

…but of course outside the EU there is a myriad of extradition rules that would have to be taken into consideration so each case has to be dealt with individually and that’s where INTERPOL may come into it...

Yes, GR is right for a change, international treaties can be brought in to play and unless the targeted carpetbagger is in the occupied (for now) areas, there is the possibility to nab them!
